My background spans the full industrial value chain, including production operations, maintenance management, asset reliability, safety and quality compliance, continuous improvement, and organisational development. This broad experience enables me to quickly assess operational challenges and implement practical, sustainable solutions.
Throughout my career, I have led operational teams, managed complex projects, improved productivity and equipment performance, reduced costs, and strengthened safety and quality standards. While continuous improvement is a key focus, my expertise extends to interim management, operational leadership, business transformation, and performance improvement initiatives.
Through WizardInc, I work alongside organisations to optimise processes, develop teams, and align people, assets, and operations to deliver measurable results and long-term business success.

With over 20 years of experience in pensions, insurance, employee benefits, and project management, I have supported insurers, pension funds, employers, and multinational organizations in delivering complex business and transformation projects.
My expertise includes project governance, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and cross-functional coordination.
Having worked closely with leading consulting firms and specialists across actuarial, legal, tax, accounting, and employee benefits disciplines, I have developed a strong network of local expertise and trusted resources.
Through WizardInc, my ambition is to help Belgian and Chinese companies navigate cross-border opportunities with greater confidence.
